How to Pay

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also pay by bank deposit, cheque or money order. For more information about payment options, please click here.

Return / Refund Policy

Please take the time to read the Order Confirmation email you receive after placing an order, especially the Order Details and Delivery address. Please let me know if there any errors or problems. Once an item has been posted, I can't get it back, so contact me ASAP if you realise there's an error.

Every item I sell is carefully inspected and carefully packed before it is posted. If you receive an incorrect item, or it arrives damaged, please contact me within 10 days to arrange a replacement and, in most cases, return of the original. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing materials.

I do not exchange or refund if you purchased the wrong item, changed your mind, didn't read the item description properly or find out that whoever you bought it for already has it.

Basically, if it's my fault, I fix it, but if it's your fault, please don't expect me to fix it.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
