This is an Australian publication. All measurements are in metric and metric cup & spoon. About the author Lola Workman is a trained commercial cook who has made diet cookery a specialist hobby. Her introduction to gluten-free cookery came in 1980 when her daughter developed an intolerance to wheat. Lola's background as a commercially trained cook was challenged by this situation and she had to develop a whole new tasty menu for her family. She found the change in cooking style and ingredients a very difficult situation to master, but she did, and went on to develop many new innovative tasty recipes.
