About the authors Gordon Baskerville and Alan Wakeman have been writing articles and recipes for vegan and vegetarian magazines for over a decade, and have taught cokery courses for organisations as varied as the Vegetarian Society and local government training departments. They have also given many vegan cookery demonstrations. Alan Wakeman's other published works include an English language course, a book of poems, a collection of short stories and a book for children, Tim, Willie and the Wurgles. He has also translated Saint-Exupery's 'The Little Prince Gordon Baskerville is a freelance production manager in film and television, and occasionally lectures in Film Studies at the University of North London
