Symply Too Good to be True 2 is an Australian publication. All measurements are in metric and metric cup & spoon. Many recipes include tips for diabetics from dietitian Rene Jismalm About the author Twenty years ago Annette Sym weighed 100kg. She had tried quick fixes in the past, including diet pills, salons, meal replacements, pre-packaged foods, hypnosis etc, and realised they were a waste of time. Needing a new approach, Annette joined a weight-loss group for support. She decided to forget dieting and looked into the health aspect of food. She came to the conclusion that if she was healthy, the weight would come off by itself. She cut out salt, caffeine and alcohol and started walking and drinking lots of water. Most importantly she started to eat properly, and her love affair with low-fat recipes began.
