About the Author Isidora Popovic set up Popina in 2000 with initial help from The Prince's Trust after graduating from a Contemporary Art course at Goldsmiths College in London. In 2001 Isidora opened the first Popina market stall in the famous Portabello Road in Notting Hill, London, offering unique, hand made treats. Since then Popina has established contacts with some of London's most prestigious food buyers. Today you can find Popina product in the fresh bakery departments of UK's finest food halls and delis as well as from Popina Farmers' Market stalls across London. Popina is a Gold Winner of several acclaimed Great Taste Awards, and is approved by the Soil Association Organic Standards. Isidora is originally from Serbia.
