Notes from the Jam Cupboard is a UK publication. All measurements are in metric, imperial and metric cup & spoon About the author After a childhood spent in Devon, Mary Tregellas studied Medieval German at Oxford, lived briefly in Austria and the US, and has travelled the world with professional orchestras, for whom she organises international concert tours. She attributes her passion for preserves to her Eastern European heritage, an inability to let anything go to waste and a love of all things homemade. Since acquiring a garden with a prolific fruit tree over 12 years ago, she has been quietly honing her preserving skills in her small kitchen in southwest London. Mary produces artisan-made preserves for friends and family and sells her produce at local fairs. She lives with her husband and three young sons, who are known collectively as the Tasting Panel See other Preserving recipe books click here Notes from the Jam Cupboard by Mary Tregellas |
