Used, out of print collectable softcover book in very good condition - minor creasing at cover corners, last few pages have a faint watermark on the lower corner which does not affect the text at all. Otherwise clean, tight with no writing, marks, tears, loose or missing pages. Published 1995, 224 pages with lots of beautiful colour photos by Norman Hollands.

About the author

Marco Pierre White (born in Leeds, UK on 11 December 1961) is a British celebrity chef, restaurateur and television personality. He is noted for his contributions to contemporary international cuisine. White has been dubbed the first celebrity chef, the enfant terrible of the UK restaurant scene and the godfather of modern cooking. White was, at the time, the youngest chef ever to have been awarded three Michelin stars. He has trained chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and Curtis Stone.
White announced his retirement from the kitchen in 1999 and cooked his final meal for a paying customer on 23 December at the Oak Room. After his retirement he became a restaurateur.

White is a principal judge on MasterChef Australia: The Professionals 2013, which is a television competition between professional chefs, which started 20 January 2013. White co-hosts the show with regular MasterChef Australia host Matt Preston.
