About the author Neale Whitaker's childhood on the south coast of England left him lusting after blue skies. A brief stint in PR led him (quite by accident) into publishing and (completely by accident) into food magazines. In the UK he was the original editor of Food Illustrated - now Waitrose Food Illustrated - and in Australia he has been the founding editor of the popular food magazine Delicious and an editor of Vogue Entertaining and Travel.
