Since then she has worked as a home economist for a variety of large organisations. Isabel was a guest speaker at the First Microwave Information Council of Australia, and since the 1980s she has conducted private microwave classes in the Albury/Wodonga region. She has written many other bestselling books, including Microwave Bottling and More Microwave Bottling.
