About the author

Maisie Fantaisie was founded in 2003 to create unique wedding cakes and celebration cakes by May Clee-Cadman. May studied Art and Design history, graduating with an honours degree in 2000 and went on to train with one of London’s most prestigious wedding cake designers before opening her bakery.
