About the author
Ruby M Brown is a qualified Food Technology Educator who has worked with students in all areas of Home Economics. She is a very talented and dedicated teacher as well as a multi culinary author. In addition to her gluten-free cookbooks, Ruby has also written a diabetic cookbook and Milk-Free Cooking, all of which have helped many people with special dietary needs. Ruby lives on a small rural property where she develops a range of Country Kitchen products. She also develops recipes for people who need special diets.
