About the author

Sally Rains is an author, public speaker and songwriter. Sally is experienced in both TV and radio having been a guest many times. She has co-written two TVshows and produced several radio shows. Sally started the charity Rainbows For Kid and is now the volunteer executive director, her official duties include doing newsletters, the website, setting up events for the families and fundraising events.

Like so many, Sally's life has been touched by family loss and loss of job in recent years so she knows how tough life can become sometimes. It is her mission to encourage people never to give up. "My niece, Annie faced cancer when she was six years old," said Sally Rains. "She taught me the importance of having fun every day. While she was here we had a blast every day. We truly lived our life one day at at time. It is in that spirit that I encourage people to never stop having fun."
