About the authors

Sara Lewis is a British food stylist and writer. She has written a number of cookery books, including several Slow Cooker books, The Bread Book, Low-Carb Gourmet and several birthday cake books.

Joanna Farrow trained as a home economist and has worked as a freelance cookery writer for several food magazines. She has written a number of cookery books, including 30 Minute Vegetarian, Quick and Easy Celebration Cakes, 200 Cupcakes and Fairy Cakes. She also styles food for book, magazine and advertising photography.
