problems night-night
Since all children
are different, even experienced parents may encounter problems with a new baby
or young child who has trouble sleeping. In this guide, you will discover how to
deal with your baby's changing sleep schedule, health issues that can affect a
baby's sleep, what to do about different types of crying, and more.
- Includes advice for babies,
toddlers, and children up to age 12 - all in a 2-color interior
- According to the National Sleep
Foundation (NSF), 69% of all children experience one or more sleep problems
several times a week and 30% of children wake at least once a night
- One-quarter of infants, toddlers,
and preschoolers appear sleepy or overtired during the day, while nearly 3
out of 10 school-aged children have difficulty waking in the morning
The Complete Idiot's Guide to Sleep
Training for Your Child shows you exactly how to prepare your child - and
you - for a night of peaceful slumber. It helps you:
- Discover why waking baby can be a good
thing

tears

benefits both you and your child
- Learn how to convince your older
