New softcover book, 221 pages
Too often we realise the importance of good health only when we don't have it.
When the chips are down and we are sick, or have just been told that we have a serious disease: that is the crunch time for many people!
For those on the brink of retirement or who have recently retired, a sick future would be disastrous. Instead of a healthy and fulfilling time enjoying life's pleasures, or travelling the world, it could be a compromised existence of worry, illness and dependence on others.
Genetics and luck do play a part in our health, but ultimately what happens is mainly our responsibility, if we choose to accept it.
It's your choice; it's your life!
